"Kekuatan kita sebenar terletak pada hati" I'm quoting this new advert from Petronas.. they always came up with this brilliant idea on how to make people realized the true meaning of life..

It has been a very busy weekend.. I purposedly took the friday off because this year i wanted to be committed to visit ayiemulah2 nini kami... I've always been working on friday.. so i missed out on the "family-trip" to cemetary to visit our grandparents' graves.. For the past few years.. i only managed to visit my grandmother's di sg hancing saja.. i mean out of 30days of ramadhan, how was it possible i only went to visit my nini sekali??

This year, hubby agreed that we should do our own "family-trip" to visit our grandparents' graves, inda kami menunggu family members' yg lain.. well my hubby indeed is my only immediate family for now.. heheheh so okay lah kan.. bukan plg kan throw-stone kah apa kah.. just want to be independent.. heheheh our trip started at 6am in the morning, heading 1st to kg air's cemetary to visit his grand mothers' graves.. then to his grandfather's.. then to my grandparents' from sg hancing and lastly my grandfather's di mentiri.. buleh? i almost forgot dimana kubur my nini mentiri.. that shows how bad am I.. sedih jua lah.. malu pada diri sendiri.. malu pada nini..

anyway, kinda liking it visiting kg air punya cemetary sal durg ready berjual air asah2an complete with bunga and haruman... hehehhe some even ninggalkan pondok bisidurang and left a box or a container with label just as below.. nya hubby "payah jua  kan inda jujur, sal siring kubur" hehehe kinda true jua. visiting kubur actually does remind us of amalan kitani.. are we ready dgn amalan kitani? hehehe mun siring kubur pun kan mencuri aying asah2an, inda tah ku tau lagi  what happened with our society tu.. akhir zaman bnr tah kali udah.. heehehehe...

Ada lagi tu kejadian yg mencuit hati.. trcuweeeet hatingku.. when a very young boy, mcm umur2 qoid duduk menjaga "pondok" air asah2an nya.. then he smiled at me and bagi salam with his very soft voice "assalamualaikum" ohh touch my heart jua bnr... heheheh... I'll be proud if aku indung this boy.. very polite and very sweet.. May Allah bless him and protect him, let him grow up to be a very wonderful gentleman.. amin amin..

Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi roji'un to Al-marhumah Mariah/Mulia, jiran kepada my In-Laws di lambak.. She was the closest fren to my MIL.. and usually their family  tagged along and banyak menolong kalau bermajlis di lmbak.. Even during my engagement ceremony, durang pun ikut bersuroh jua sama my in_laws.. that showed how good person they are.. anyway, mari lah kita sama2 membaca kan Al-Fatihah dan sedekahnya ke arahnya..

Semoga rohnya dicucuri Rahmat dan trgolong dari org2 yg beriman.. Amin...

Ramadhan kareem.. raahmatnya she passed away during ramadhan.. although it will be sad for her family.. esp. taim raya nanti..

Very Wet Weekend...

Manyak wet woo this weekend.. very cool n nice weather overall if you stay at home.. but kinda dangerous if you're driving especially during this rainy season...

Am a bit full at this moment.. yeah! today 1st time sungkai out with my lovely sistas & my nephews.. heheheh well psl urg2 shell kehujanan dah since friday.. iatah starting kan sungkai out.. our initial plan was to sungkai out di kitaro.. one of the japanese restaurant in Gadong.. but all fully reserved.. so our next alternative was villa mauri.. my main reason psl the desserts called "tortufo"! it was vanilla & chocolate icecream coated with coco powder.. OMG.. ridiculously delicious! heheheh

It was also my nephews first time sungkai out with us.. siuk lah.. kinda funny.. and hectic psl they're not used to have mknan yg di hidang.. spegeti style italiano.. piza style italiano.. eskrem ya style bunai.. hahaha yes atu saja yg paling langis durg mkn hahahahah...

Earlier today.. we've done some shoppings trmasuk tah shopping di pasar gadong hahahah.. we had to bring my father in law to actually select the fishes and prawns yg kan di bali... assiiiikkk sekali... maklum lah harapkan sendiri mbali, takut kana tipu & kana juali lauk lama.. ekekeke...  another shopping yg kami buat today was hari raya shopping.. malas kan nunggu lailatul kadai.. i.e. after govt kehujanan nanti.. lgipun it is not early to buy shoes & bags etc.. last year we bought my raya shoes last minutes and it was  always "nada saiz" "yg ani nada kaler yg kita mau" "ahh yg jenis ani nada diskaun".. so this yr giliran saya to buy my hubby his raya shoes (because his current ones are all damaged, worn-out and terlangap mulut buaya).. lucky us we got the size we want and the type we want.. good thing to shop early!

don't wait for hujan turun to go shopping..

i'm digressing... hahaha my point actually is my intention to post the spore NDP celebration @ empire seems pointless, after which now we are 'celebrating' fasting month.. seminggu delay posting ku ah.. anyway.. will try to be more proactive in updating this blog of ours.. hehehhe..

Hmmm how i miss spore though.. shopping and the food... i also miss the environments..you know shopping kadai 7/11 utk mbali kad talipon.. or slurrpy or whateva junks any uni students would crave while studying hehehe.. miss running to catch mrt to go school.. (at that time, the body weight can still support "running") hehehe.. miss saturday/sunday breakfast at clementi.. nasi lemak pandan nya phuh! terangkat beb! heheheh.. memories.. aren't they sweet!

That night i started my love affair with macaroons.. selahau tah lagi after i found out FDL sells this stuff at 1.80 sebiji.. my god! mcm hiring prostitute rasanya.. u know mau puas ati.. bayar saja mknan yg mahal atu.. hahahahha.. tpi puas hati plg jua bnr mkn macaroons atu... my hubby said it is too sweet.. but I, afterall, have a sweet tooth.. all work well right?

Salam all..

I know i shouldn't make deal out of this.. but i can't forget this date because this was supposed to be my due-date this year.. it is sad plg, well a little bit ada rasa sedih lah.. one thing psl i don't remember as much on  our baby ani (not mcm mula miscarrige seriatu, siang mlm menangis), mcm as if i forget our baby atu.. the other thing just heard this morning yg our friend Noresman & Nana gave birth to a beautiful baby girl..well, i dunno plg chana usulnya.. i know all babies are beautiful hehehe.. anyway.. don't get me wrong.. i'm not sad psl our friends have successfully becoming parents.. i feel sad "a bit" psl we're still di takuk yg lama.. child-less.. this year will be our 4th year being married.. mudahan tah ada rezeki kami lagi amin amin..

Luckily this is the month of ramadhan.. bulan penuh rahmat dan berkat.. this month wlupun sedih sedih (some part trkanang kan nini jua) tpi hati kitani tetap tenang kalau di isi dgn zikir.. God indeed works in mysterious way.. di bulan puasa ani bnyk amalan yg tani buleh buat, yg tani dpt isi.. insya Allah, kesedihan kitani dpt bertukar jadi ketenangan dan keredhaan.. learnt this from hubby jua lah..

Selamat Menyambut Bulan Puasa Ramadhan Al-Kareem

Salam all..

Have not had a real good time to sit down and blog.. so many things happened after my nini passed away.. majlis tahlil here and there..majlis sambutan Spore National day.. then followed by Ramadhan Al-kareem.. hehehhe yes, i do have time from time to time.. but to actually sit down and blog? nahe time!!

I'll have special post on Spore NDP celebration at Empire later.. and how i fall in love with Macaroons for the 1st time..

Anyway.. Thanks to God for giving us chance to feel Ramadhan again.. where we are blessed with opportunities to improve ourselves.. there're many ways to improve ourselves other than berpuasa.. these qoutes i got.. the 1st one from hubby's facebook and the 2nd one from my indonesian friend dilla's facebook... kinda cool and kinda true.. Hayati lah...

1) Terawih are good for peace mind, healthy body(good exercise) n soul (20 rakaat is a sign of devotion n faith).. Terima Kasih Allah kerana pengurniaan ibadat ini..
2) Ramadhan = Great Akhirat Sale.
Saat terbaik memborong pahala akhirat. Obral pahala, beli satu dapet bonus dua, bahkan bisa dapat bonus berlipat - lipat. Paling beruntung kalo bisa striking Jackpot malam 1000 bulan. Semoga dimudahkan meraup untung sebesar2nya di Great Sale kali ini.
